SO WHAT, S ADIFFERNCE BETWEEN A MIXOLOGIST AND A BARTENDER
The answer is as similar when it comes to a difference between a chef and a cook. A mixologist has got more extensive training and has greater industry knowledge, and works in upscale f &b establishments , and commands respect and higher salary.We at our academy create good mixologist and also with that a bonus of flair bartending , where we teach you to flip bottless, glasses , toss ice and play with everything behind the bar, which is called work flair .

 The course – 06 months , twice a week for 3 hours ., inclusive of bar kits and uniforms
Course consists of :-
- Basic duties of a bartender behind the bar
- Personality development
- Getting familiar with bar tools and equipments
- Theory of wines and spirits
- Theory and practical of cocktails
- Learn pouring with accuracy, style, and flair
- Basic moves with flipping bottles , tossing ice , glasses , shaker, etc.
- Up selling costly spirits and wines .
- Bartending tips and secrets to be a well known bartender.
- Tips to achieve excellent customer relations and making regular clients
