ROSSI : A young boy who started his job with call centers , but had a passion for bartending made it big  in few years  in the world of bartending . Rossi is also one of the faculty of the academy . He has  also won medal in bartending competition and aims very soon to  enter the world league of bartenders . He is very energetic , smiling , caring  for every guest he serves . He creates and innovates his own cocktails and has always made parties memorable with his bartending skills . He already has a good reputation among the clients and respect among his students and   known for his powerful knowledge on spirits and wines .
